cheeseballs

Me and Erika went to Sam’s Club yesterday to buy snacks for the party tonight. I love giant containers of food. They remind me of pop art. This cheese ball container is about 1.5 feet tall. It’s size drew us to it and we had to buy it along with four pounds of jelly beans and a three pound summer sausage. I hope we live to see 2008.

Meanwhile, back at the house…It’s back to clean on the first floor. I think we got a lot more done than what we thought we would have a week ago. I thought we were just demo-ing a sink and bringing in a bar but we ended up making Real Progress in several areas. And now the house is clean! I am so glad that is out of the way. My hands still smell like Murphy’s Oil Soap. What a swell way to end the year.

I’d like to say thanks to all of my ebay customers and to everyone who commented on my blog in the past year for all of your support. This is the first year I’ve relied souly on Internet income for my living. You people keep me going. Your financial and moral support makes it possible for me to keep my studio open so I can continue to make art by myself and with my friends. Thanks also to Lori Greenberg for generously taking the time to hook me up with the comment blog. I hope you all have a safe and happy New Year!

Awww. Thanks for the props Cathy. It was my pleasure. It’s bloggers like you that make me want to get out of bed in the morning. I’m a little afraid about what that says about me.

Here’s to a rockin’ new year with lots of cool creatures to come.

Happy new year! Now that the house is clean you can break out those bunny slippers. I won’t even ask how the titanium spork worked out.

Hi Lori!
Getting out of bed is hard! I’m glad I can help.

Bobs: It is you! Tarnation! Foster’s friend Margaret got to wear the slippers on New Year’s Eve. I let her wear them because they’re kind of hard to walk in and I didn’t need any additional challenges that night. Don liked his spork. I think we’ll hang the spork on the wall next to the giant fork and spoon like it’s their freaky metal love child.
Whoop de do!
Cathy
